"I thought the training was brilliant, Rich brought to life the subject content and made it relevant to our staff, the interactive nature of activities was also great for engagement and also in giving our staff ideas of how they could bring the important subject to life within their own sessions."

Engage & Activate

Leaders in campaign and fan engagement delivery, we've spearheaded the club and community outreach for the Green Football campaign three years running, reaching over 80 professional clubs and CCOs. This work earned the 🏆 BASIS Campaign of the Year Award (2024).

We also secured funding, co-created, co-delivered and lead on M&E for the Cobblers Tackle Food Waste campaign with Northampton Town FC Community Trust, a project that won both 🏆 BASIS Fan Engagement of the Year (2024) and 🏆 EFL Green Club Award (2025).

Cobblers Tackle Food Waste led to significant education and behaviour change in Northamptonshire to reduce food waste, leading to an 11% rise in council food waste collections, saved 4.5 tonnes of school food waste and engaged 61 businesses whilst engaging more than 2,000 households.

Advice & Support

We help organisations embed sustainability with confidence, offering strategic support, planning and development that leads to meaningful, lasting change.

With Sporting Group International, we supported the start of their sustainability journey, enabling them

to work authentically with brands and rights holders on sustainability partnerships. This included training for their global workforce, relocation to a low-impact HQ, commitment to net zero and a new sustainable travel policy.

At Manchester United Foundation, we co-developed a departmental action plan to strengthen their Eco Reds initiative, setting clear KPIs to deepen engagement with schools, communities and partners through sustainability.

Empowering Classrooms

We create sport-linked educational resources that bring environmental and social topics to life for young people, helping CCOs and organisations connect with schools in meaningful, curriculum-aligned ways.

We've developed sustainability classroom content for three consecutive Green Football

campaigns, created a bespoke sustainability programme for Birmingham City FC Foundation, and partnered with best-selling children's author Dan Freedman to create an English and PSHE scheme based on 'I Am Lenny Brown', exploring themes of anxiety, empathy and more which is being delivered nationally by 9 CCOs.

We've also created educational materials for Planet League, Cobblers Tackle Food Waste and are currently developing a national resource for David Lloyd Clubs.
